NEIL GARLOCK'S COMMUNITY SERVICE
Neil Garlock's community service is rooted in helping people throughout Mendota Heights and Northern Dakota County in practical, meaningful ways.
Through Beyond the Yellow Ribbon, Local veterans, service members, and military families can receive help with everything from transportation and home maintenance to emergency expenses and connecting with needed resources.
His work with the West St. Paul Police helps provide K9 teams with the equipment and support they need to serve the community. And through the Officer Scott Patrick Memorial Committee and Memorial 5K, Neil helps keep the memory of a fallen Mendota Heights officer alive while bringing the community together and raising support for Special Olympics Minnesota.

Neil is committed to keeping the memory of Officer Scott Patrick alive through his service on the Officer Scott Patrick Memorial Committee and as a Race Director for the Officer Scott Patrick Memorial 5K.
The event brings together residents, law enforcement, families, and supporters to remember a life of service and ensure Officer Patrick's sacrifice is never forgotten.
